To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. qo123 may require identity verification documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID such as a UMID, passport, or driver's licence — at any time.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered qo123 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, will all be suspended without prior notice. All balances across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qo123 account login credentials, including your username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. qo123 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details must be updated promptly through account settings or by contacting qo123 customer support.
qo123 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your qo123 account or any interest therein to any third party. Any purported transfer or assignment is null and void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must immediately notify qo123 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. qo123 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurred prior to such notification.
qo123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. qo123 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your qo123 account balance within thirty (30) seconds of successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take five (5) to thirty (30) minutes depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Minimum deposit is ₱100. qo123 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by qo123 in writing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank withdrawals are processed on the same banking day if submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine time. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. qo123 charges no withdrawal fees.
qo123 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine time on a business day are typically reviewed within two (2) hours.
By depositing funds into your qo123 account, you confirm that the funds originate from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate account holder of the payment instrument used. qo123 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
Promotions offered by qo123 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only cash winnings derived from wagering bonus funds (subject to meeting requirements) are withdrawable. qo123 reserves the right to remove undepleted bonus funds from accounts at any time if these Terms are violated.

qo123 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if qo123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
qo123 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party service interruptions affecting payment providers or game suppliers are outside qo123's direct control.
qo123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. qo123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, qo123 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including bonus and cash balances, without compensation. Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any remaining real-money balance will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of qo123 services, the player must first contact qo123 customer support through the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected]. qo123 will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within seven (7) business days. If a resolution satisfactory to the player cannot be reached, the player may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR complaint channels.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) take effect immediately upon publication.
